Darrell White is a degreed engineer who spent many years in the engineering and construction business primarily focused on the design and construction of mining process facilities and aggregate plants.
Darrell has spent a considerable amount of his career working and living around the world, working with large and small mining companies with global operations.
He lived with his family in Chile where he managed a joint venture grass roots copper mining project. Upon returning to the USA to live, he joined RAHCO International who was then acquired by FLSmidth where Darrell became the President and CEO until moving his family to Luxembourg where he held a position responsible for global sales and proposals. Due to a Divisional realignment in FLSmidth, Darrell was then relocated to the USA where he assumed the roles as Vice President of the Americas Region.
Darrell enjoys outdoor activities such as water skiing, camping, biking and participating in some selective triathlons. Darrell‘s favorite times are with his wife, children, and grandchild.
Head of Proposals - North America
Shaun Buckner has worked as a design engineer, proposal engineer, and manager in the mining and material handling industries for over 25 years. Shaun has been responsible for the preparation of hundreds of project proposals ranging from small engineering and equipment projects to large turn-key projects with values exceeding $100 million.
Shaun graduated from the University of Utah with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. He works in our Salt Lake City office and enjoys the many outdoors activities Utah has to offer including hiking, biking, fly fishing, skiing, and golfing.
Head of Marketing - North America
Kenyon comes from a mixed background in Fine Arts and IT. His first degree is in Computer Graphics & Dynamic Media. He went on to receive a B.A. in Fine Arts (with a minor in French) at Washington State University where he also taught in the university's student IT department.
He joined FLSmidth's material handling division as a graphics coordinator in 2007. Kenyon's role evolved over the years including Proposal Coordinator, Assistant Manager of Global Marketing, and, finally, Creative Multimedia Manager. Kenyon helped create a distinct visual identity and developed award-winning marketing tools including project videos, motion graphics, print campaigns, and numerous websites.
Kenyon is an award-winning photographer and lives in Utah where he enjoys watching movies and hiking with his wife and three children.
With more than 15 years of project management experience, Monica has managed a broad array of projects in industries ranging from environmental chemistry and wastewater treatment, to mining and fleet telematics. In all these varied industries, she has successfully transitioned proposals into executed projects. Monica’s ability to organize, monitor, and lead ensure a positive customer experience and efficiently run project.
Monica has a Bachelor of Science degree from Utah State University. She works in our Utah office and lives in the Wasatch Mountains east of Salt Lake City. Monica enjoys a myriad of outdoor activities and spending time with family.
Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, from Weber State University, and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. While working at ICON Health & Fitness she worked with clients and suppliers in Asia, Europe, Canada, and Mexico, as she helped design and serve as liaison with the manufacturers of ICON’s products. Michelle also worked as an Insurance Account Executive for Broadbent Financial services, where she created and directed policies and procedures to streamline operational flow, and to achieve a cost-effective work environment. Most recently Michelle worked at FLSmidth Inc., where she was an Engineering Manager in Flotation and Precious Metals, and a Project Manager, receiving certified training, honors and awards in leadership there. She comes to Allgaier Process Technology with enthusiasm, skill, and a strong work ethic.
Michelle enjoys music (she plays the piano), sports of all sorts, gardening, quilting and spending time with family.
Manager Plant & Equipment Engineering
Marc has worked for more than two years at the Allgaier-Group headquarters in Germany and is a welcome addition to Allgaier Process Technology's team.
After finishing his studies at the University of Hohenheim with a Master of Science degree, he started his trainee program at Allgaier where he gained in-depth experience within the Process Technology division.
As our dryer solutions expert, he helps our customers find the right equipment for their application.
Jodi is a specialist in customer service and financial oversight.
With over 13 years in the Process Manufacturing Equipment industry, she brings a cross-functional approach to managing finances and effectively integrates Customer Service with bottom line results.
With professional experience in Procurement, Logistics, Human Resources, International Currency, Finance and Accounting, Jodi is a pivotal part of the growth and success of Allgaier Process Technology.
Jodi earned her degree from Miami University and works in our West Chester, OH office.
Head of Customer Service - North America
Mark is an experienced Aftermarket Business Support leader having worked in this area for many years with a number of companies in and outside the process equipment business. Mark understands that the most important thing is meeting your customer’s needs and expectations, and ensuring your Allgaier or Mogensen equipment performs effectively and efficiently on your command.
Mark holds a BA from Indiana University – Bloomington, and an MBA from Xavier University in Cincinnati. He works in our West Chester, OH office leading our effort to be the best aftermarket support and service team in the process equipment industry.
Field Service Engineer
Konstantin is extensively experienced in installing, commissioning and supporting custom-to-order, configurable, unique, state-of-the-art systems for large-volume government and private customers in the USA, Europe, and numerous other countries throughout the world.
He is adept at applying mechanical engineering principles to new installations and retrofits while always remaining on schedule and on budget. Konstantin provides servicing and preventative maintenance, with special consideration to the environment and the safety of workers and the general public.
Konstantin is committed to providing high-quality product and application support to both customers and salespeople.
Regional Sales Manager
Scott McMaster has over 20 years of experience selling construction, asphalt, industrial, aggregate, and mining equipment. He has worked for several large equipment manufacturers including Gencor Industries, Terex Corporation, and Roadtec, as well as a few local equipment dealerships. At Allgaier Process Technology, he will primarily cover the Northeast U.S. for sales of our complete line of material processing equipment.
Scott earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, PA, and resides just north of the city with his wife and three teenage children. In his spare time, Scott enjoys archery, riding his motorcycle, and spending time with his family.
Regional Sales Manager
Xander Williams has several years of experience in the industrial & building materials markets. He is familiar with working with contractors, engineers, and end users in all stages of building and installation projects. At Allgaier Process Technology, he will primarily cover the Southeast U.S. for sales of our complete line of material processing equipment.
Xander earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing at the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa, AL. He is currently living just south of Birmingham in Hoover, AL. In his spare time, he enjoys a wide range of outdoor activities such as hunting, fishing, wakeboarding, snowboarding, and golf.
Clay comes from a background in financial reporting and accounting. He started his career working in public accounting at a regional firm and later as a Senior Associate at Ernst & Young. Previously he worked at Swire Coca-Cola as part of their internal audit group. Clay has managed various audits across a range of public companies, privately held companies, and government entities.
Clay graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. He enjoys spending time with his family hiking, fishing, hunting, and being outdoors.
